Who We Are
Omega Xi Alpha Foundation is a community-driven, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization committed to meeting real needs in real time. We serve underserved families and at-risk youth through direct outreach including food distribution, clothing and essential item giveaways, school supply support, and holiday family adoptions when funding allows.
Our work is rooted in compassion, consistency, and community. We are fully community-funded and operate through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and local partners who believe in creating stability, dignity, and opportunity for those facing hardship.
Through our flagship youth outreach initiative, Cobra C.A.M.P. (Community Advancement & Mentorship Program), we are building toward expanded mentorship, youth development, and long-term support systems as funding and partnerships continue to grow.

Cobra C.A.M.P. — Community Advancement & Mentorship Program
Cobra C.A.M.P. is the youth and family outreach initiative of the Omega Xi Alpha Foundation. This program was created to empower at-risk youth and underserved families by providing essential resources, positive mentorship, and consistent community-based support within a nurturing environment.
Through Cobra C.A.M.P., we focus on building confidence, stability, and opportunity for young people and families facing hardship. Our efforts currently include community outreach, youth support services, and resource distribution — with a long-term vision to expand into structured mentorship, life-skills development, and transitional support programs as funding and partnerships grow.

Omega Xi Alpha Foundation is committed to growing beyond emergency outreach and into long-term, life-changing support for youth and families. Our future vision includes expanding Cobra C.A.M.P. into a fully structured mentorship and development program that provides consistent guidance, emotional support, and real-life skill building for at-risk youth.
As funding and partnerships grow, we are working toward launching transitional housing support, workforce readiness training, and expanded youth enrichment opportunities designed to create stability, independence, and lasting opportunity for the families we serve.
