The Omega Xi Alpha Foundation is dedicated to fostering leadership, empowerment, and community engagement through education, mentorship, and service. Rooted in the values of Omega Xi Alpha Fraternity, our initiatives—Cobra C.A.M.P. and C.A.M.P. on the Go—provide transformative opportunities for youth and communities. We strive to build a legacy of excellence by cultivating character, academic achievement, and social responsibility, ensuring that every individual we reach has the tools to thrive and lead. Through unity, dedication, and innovation, we empower the next generation to rise to their fullest potential.
Born on March 9, 1980, in Detroit, MI. She is a mother of two—one daughter, age 28, and one son, age 21—and a proud pet parent to her Shih Tzu, Hunter. Frat XI Veratheon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and has accumulated over 26 years of experience as a warehouse manager.
Her journey into spiritual awakening began in May of 2022 when she was initiated into the African Traditional spiritual system known as IFA. Frat XI Veratheon is a lover of nature, cooking, writing, and reading—activities that provide her with the inner peace and clarity needed to carry out her work. While Frat XI Veratheon’s path initially intersected with Theta Pi Psi Fraternity in April 2017, she soon realized that her journey required a different vision. She made the bold decision to depart, leading her to establish Omega Xi Alpha.
Omega Xi Alpha became her way to bring together individuals who, like her, sought a family built on love, purpose, and unwavering authenticity. As National President, Frat XI Veratheon works tirelessly to create a safe and empowering space for the members of the fraternity while providing mentorship, support, and resources to youth in underserved communities across the nation.
Fraternal Name Meaning: The name “Frat XI Veratheon OXA “LuXIon” symbolizes Frat XI Veratheon’s commitment to truth and the illumination of others. “Veratheon” means “truth” and “light,” reflecting her journey of honesty, while “LuXIon” represents her passion for creating paths of guidance and transformation, illuminating the way for those who follow.

Kayce, known within Omega Xi Alpha as Frat DominiXIon OXA "SentrIX", has always been driven by a desire to make a difference. Born on August 27, 1981, in Alexandria, Louisiana, to Elizabeth and Alfred, Frat DominiXIon grew up understanding the value of resilience and dedication. At the age of 19, they joined the U.S. Navy, where they served aboard the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. This military experience deeply shaped their commitment to service and activism.
Frat DominiXIon has long been involved in the LGBTQ+ advocacy space, serving as an active member of the Lafayette PFLAG board. Their work includes pushing for the city’s official Pride Month proclamation and working with local organizations to advance LGBTQ+ rights, visibility, and inclusion. Kayce’s commitment to advocacy is rooted in their belief that every individual should have access to a life of dignity, respect, and acceptance.
In their role as National Vice President of the Omega Xi Alpha Foundation, Kayce continues to champion causes that empower marginalized voices and provide platforms for those who need it most. They are passionate about fostering inclusivity, equality, and justice, and their leadership is deeply guided by love and resilience.
Fraternal Name Meaning: “Frat DominiXIon” blends two powerful concepts: “Dominion” (signifying authority and power) and “Zion” (a sacred and elevated place of refuge and peace). Together, these elements represent Kayce’s leadership in creating safe spaces and advocating for sovereignty and equity. The nickname “SentrIX” symbolizes their role as a vigilant protector of community—standing guard and guiding others towards unity and liberation.

Carol Wilkerson, Frat XI Aletheion OXA "XIon", is a lifelong educator with over 45 years of experience teaching and mentoring students of all ages. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Frat XI Aletheion has devoted her life to literacy and empowering individuals to achieve their greatest potential through education. Her passion lies in teaching reading and writing—not only to school-aged children but also to adults who are eager to improve their lives through education.
C Frat XI Aletheion ’s leadership within the Omega Xi Alpha Foundation is focused on supporting community-driven initiatives and ensuring that those who were once underserved are given the resources, mentorship, and guidance they need to succeed. Frat XI Aletheion works with the Omega Xi Alpha Foundation to build communities in Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri, continuing to push for growth and expansion in underserved areas.
As National Treasurer of the Omega Xi Alpha Foundation, Frat XI Aletheion is also deeply involved in the financial stewardship of the organization, ensuring the foundation's resources are used effectively to support its mission. Through her work, she provides a critical backbone for the success of the fraternity and its impact on the LGBTQ+ community.
Fraternal Name Meaning: The name “Frat XIon Aletheion – OXA 'XIon'” reflects Carol’s dedication to the pursuit of truth and wisdom. “Aletheion” translates to “truth,” symbolizing her steadfast commitment to bringing light to others’ lives. “XIon” stands for sanctuary and knowledge, a symbol of Carol’s efforts to create a safe and nurturing environment for growth and empowerment.

Minika Nicole Preston, Frat Xi Palaios OXA "Odyssey", was born in St. Louis, Missouri, in January 1981. Her journey into education and leadership began at a young age, where she was known as “The Professor” due to her natural aptitude for reading and writing. This early academic excellence led her to achieve some of the highest state scores in reading and writing during high school. Frat Xi Palaios love for education, paired with her love for basketball, allowed her to excel in both areas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Harris-Stowe State University, where she was the highest-ranking female student in her class.
In February 2000, Frat Xi Palaios became a mother to her daughter, Shan. This experience changed her life and set her on a path of empowerment and resilience. After crossing Theta Pi Psi Fraternity in 2016, Frat Xi Palaios realized that while her values aligned with the fraternity, her journey was calling her toward a new path. This led her to found Omega Xi Alpha, an organization dedicated to creating a safe space for masculine members of the LGBTQ+ community. As National Secretary of the foundation, Frat Xi Palaios is instrumental in organizing efforts and ensuring the fraternity’s operations run smoothly.
In addition to her role with Omega Xi Alpha, Frat Xi Palaios has worked as a Special Education teacher for nearly nine years and is actively involved in coaching sports like cross-country, basketball, and volleyball. She continues to be a beacon of strength and empowerment for those who follow in her footsteps.
Fraternal Name Meaning: “Frat Xi Palaios OXA ‘Odyssey’ represents Minika’s journey of survival, growth, and evolution. “Palaios” signifies ancient wisdom, while “Odyssey” speaks to a journey marked by perseverance, transformation, and ultimate success. Together, they reflect her ability to overcome and evolve—an inspiration to others walking their own path of resilience.

The mission of the Cobra C.A.M.P. program is to empower at-risk youth by providing essential resources, mentorship, and support within a nurturing environment. The program is committed to the following principles:
Ø Commitment: Inspire young people to forge positive friendships and develop interpersonal skills, fostering a sense of hope for their futures.
Ø Responsibility: Encourage youth to set achievable goals and take ownership of their commitments, instilling a sense of accountability and self-efficacy.
Ø Possibility: Broaden the horizons of young people, helping them recognize and understand the opportunities available to them in life.
Ø Support: Create a caring and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal growth, emotional well-being, and development.
CAMP on the Go is a mobile outreach program dedicated to uplifting at-risk youth and underserved communities by delivering mentorship, mindfulness, and essential resources directly where they’re needed most. We aim to inspire growth, resilience, and connection by meeting people where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—one stop at a time.
