The Omega Xi Alpha Foundation was established to empower and uplift communities through leadership, mentorship, and service. Rooted in purpose and driven by passion, we proudly represent a Masculine of Center LGBT organization dedicated to creating safe spaces, transformative programming, and long-term impact for the communities we serve.
Originally founded as Omega Xi Alpha Fraternity, our legacy began with a bold vision and a deep commitment to brotherhood—defined by shared values, lived experience, and authenticity. Over the years, our mission expanded with the creation of impactful initiatives such as Cobra C.A.M.P. and C.A.M.P. on the Go—both designed to instill self-worth, direction, and leadership in youth across our cities.
The Omega Xi Alpha Foundation is now a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to provide a sustainable platform for personal growth, development, and change. We honor our legacy through continued excellence, social responsibility, and community engagement—while always evolving to meet the needs of the people.
Our founding members—three passionate, Masculine of Center individuals—first crossed paths as members of Theta Pi Psi Fraternity. Although each of us left that organization at different times and for different reasons, our genuine bond of brotherhood remained strong. We carried with us the lessons we learned, the love we built, and the unshakable desire to foster true brotherhood and rebuild communities through compassion, leadership, and bold action.
Together, we formed this foundation not just to honor where we came from—but to carve out something greater. Something ours. Something lasting.
We are the Omega.
We are the Xi.
We are the Alpha.
And this is only the beginning.
